Being around heavy equipment all my life and not protecting my hearing made me almost deaf as you know. You have done wonders to solve my problem so I wanted to sit down and write a note to you about the great job you have done helping me hear better. You have worked effortlessly to find the best solution (and we tried a few) for my hearing problem. I tell everyone I speak to about hearing problems, how hard you have worked to get me to where l am today. Thanks again and like a “bad penny” I will return when I need your help.
